To ensure availability, we kindly request that you schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. For your convenience, you have the option to book your appointment up to 60 days ahead of time

At Lux Locs, we operate by appointment only. Our services are highly specialized and time-intensive, allowing us to provide each client with the care and attention they deserve. Walk-ins are not accepted.

To ensure each client receives the full experience they’ve scheduled, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. We offer a 15-minute grace period for unexpected delays; however, arriving beyond that window may result in a shortened service if another client is scheduled immediately after.

At Lux Locs, we value your time and ours. To maintain the exclusive nature of our experience, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 100% of the service, as that time is specially reserved and cannot be rebooked on short notice.

To ensure a comfortable experience for our valued guests, we kindly request that only individuals receiving services visit our salon, as our space is limited. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children along during your visit, as we strive to maintain a serene and relaxing environment for all our clients.

We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. We also accept Apple and Google pay. There is a 3.5% fee added to all card transactions; 6% for Amex.

We are pleased to offer the Pay Later option via Klarna. In addition to the 3.5% credit card processing fee, there is also an additional 6% fee imposed for using this option. Please note that this payment option is provided and approved by Klarna, as Lux Locs does not offer this service directly.
